How does EASY work?
We will work with your organisation to design a service to meet your business needs. We can offer various levels of support and intervention. We will work with your managers and HR team. We can also provide Occupational Health Services, Case Management Services or work with your current provider.
- The employee / line manager calls a freephone telephone number, available 24/7, on the first day of absence
- Our highly trained EASY staff will contact the employee offering onward referral to specialist services, reminding them of key policies whilst ascertaining a potential return to work date.
- EASY will notify line managers of key absence details and outline potential return to work dates and any important next steps which should be considered.
- We can also provide a tailored comprehensive case management service upon request.
Reports will provide relevant information on absence rates, trends and hot spots within your organisation.
