Salus Occupational Health,
Safety and Return to Work Services is an NHS based provider who has been
providing occupational health services to public and private sector
organisations throughout Scotland and England for more than 20 years. Salus are
at the forefront of occupational health development & delivery in Scotland
working closely with the Scottish Government to ensure the overall health,
safety and wellbeing of the working age population of Scotland.
Salus has circa 230 staff based over a variety UK sites and operate in a
similar way to a social enterprise model where any surplus funds generated from
providing services to employers, are passed directly back to NHS for the
benefit of NHS service users. Salus apply the principles and values of the NHS
with a commercial focus to assist organisations meet their legislative
requirements.
To protect our services and customers Salus operate within our quality
systems of ISO9001:2015 a comprehensive quality management system, and SEQOHS
(Safe, Effective, Quality Occupational Health Service) which are subject to
rigorous internal and external audit to ensure we meet the required standards.
